Crystal Ballroom Ocean Walk is a premier wedding and event venue in Daytona Beach, renowned for creating unforgettable experiences. We are seeking a dedicated Inquiry Manager to join our team. This position is one of the most important roles in our company, as you will be the first line of contact with potential clients. Your role is crucial in establishing a positive first impression of Crystal Ballroom.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Client Engagement:

Call inquiries promptly to engage with potential clients and answer their initial questions.
Follow up with clients via text and email to ensure all inquiries are addressed and provide additional information as needed.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Schedule VIP Tours, both in-person and virtual, to showcase the unique features and beauty of our venue.
Maintain a detailed log of inquiries and follow-up actions to ensure consistent and effective communication with potential clients.

Job Qualifications:

Clear verbal communication skills
Ability to connect with clients over the phone
Basic phone skills and professional demeanor
Basic computer knowledge
Patience and focus in handling multiple inquiries and follow-ups

Position: Lead Designer
Location: Daytona Beach, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time (40+ hours per week)

Crystal Ballroom Ocean Walk is a premier wedding and event venue in Daytona Beach, renowned for crafting unforgettable experiences. We are seeking a talented and creative Lead Designer to join our team. As the “ultimate dream creator,” you will be responsible for transforming our venue into the perfect setting for our clients' special days.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Client Engagement and Design:

Send and confirm design questionnaires to understand client preferences and visions.
Call and confirm Mock Table appointments to ensure clients' needs are met.
Perform Mock Table settings to showcase design concepts and secure client satisfaction.

Venue Staging and Decor:

Coordinate the design team in staging the venue every Monday, ensuring every detail is perfect.
Decorate and/or delegate the designing of each event, creating stunning floral arrangements and playing with colors to bring the ultimate ambiance to life.
Manage decor inventory, ensuring everything is organized and properly stored.

Inventory Management and Communication:

Inform the Clerical Manager of event decor inventory needs every Monday to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
Ensure CB decor inventory is organized and stored properly for efficient use.

Job Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to connect with clients both over the phone and in person
Great phone skills and a professional, outgoing demeanor
Basic computer knowledge
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
Expertise in floral and event decor
Understanding of the event planning process
